Fran Bulley has been working within the tourism industry for over 27 years, as General Manager of Fettes Tours and Travel Ltd. and, more recently, as President of Tour Design. She has had the opportunity to meet a wide variety of professionals in all aspects of the travel industry. 

Fran's background in the tourism industry has touched all areas of the globe, including travel to Australia and New Zealand (She is an Aussie specialist!), the British Isles, the Czech Republic, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hawaii, Holland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Korea, Madeira, Norway, Portugal, and Spain in addition to all provinces within Canada, many Caribbean destinations and most of the United States.

Fran's specialty is the research and preparation of escorted tours for both pre-formed groups and special interest groups. She has organized large groups to travel to World Youth Day in Paris , Rome , Toronto and Cologne. Groups that have travelled with her include groups of 15 to 2400 from Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States !
