Hi, Fran,

Finally getting the chance to sit and send our thanks to you and your staff.

Since day one in the planning process we knew we made the right decision to travel with Fettes to WYD. We had the opportunity to spend our time in Rome in a convent but we decided to let the professionals handle all the problems for us! Every time we made a call to Fettes our questions were answered promptly by Fran or by Sarah. Each time we spoke, they always made me feel like we were the only group travelling to Rome for WYD, spending time answering questions and giving us plenty of information.

While in Rome the Fettes staff were always there for us! Each time we stopped by the office, they always welcomed us in, even whey they all had 10 things on the go at the same time. I know the unexpected last minute changes became a part of our daily process but the Fettes staff were wonderful throughout the entire 11 days. Their assistance was greatly appreciated by the London group. For those that were missing luggage, like my wife Julie, the assistance by all of you at Fettes was very helpful, making the necessary calls to the airline and arranging delivery to Castelfusano.

Our pilgrimage to our first WYD has been a wonderful experience because of Fettes. I cannot imagine having to deal with all the little things your staff did for us to make this trip a success. We had an amazing trip and now have memories that will last a lifetime and the Fettes staff can take some of the credit for that.

As the organizer for the St. John the Baptist Parish I cannot say thanks enough for all the assistance for the group I was responsible for. I do not think I would have had much sleep while in Rome if I did not know we were in such capable hands.

Our group is now in the planning process putting together a presentation to take to our local schools and groups to share our WYD experience. We have also been in discussion with the organizers for WYD 2002 already offering our services to help with the planning for Toronto. To all who were in Rome with us, thank you, thank you, thank you! To those who were back in Canada helping us as well thanks to you as well. The Fettes staff have all proven to the London Diocese they are the best and we hope to travel with you again soon.
