To whom it may concern,

Fettes Tour & Travel assisted the Archdiocese of Toronto's Office of Catholic Youth with the pilgrimage to Paris for World Youth Day '97 from August 13-25th. This trip involved the organization of air transportation plus 10 days of travel and accommodation for 280 young people.

The person who headed up this tour package was Fran Bulley. She did a wonderful job in helping us. She was very courteous, careful, and sensitive to our needs. She went out of her way to do an exceptional job. And we thank Fran for all her hard work in making our trip such a success.

We look forward to working with Fran in the future.
