As usual, Tour Design’s planning and execution of our pilgrimage to Sydney and side trip to Hong Kong was near flawless, a level of excellence I have come to expect of Fran Bulley and her awesome staff at Tour Design. The attention to detail in the planning stages and the close monitoring of the events themselves is most evident. This is the second World Youth Day pilgrimage I have led using Tour Design and will most certainly be calling on their services should I decide to take a group to Madrid for WYD 2011 and I think that says it all.
