Fran Bulley has been working within the tourism industry since 1980.  As President of Tour Design, she has had the opportunity to meet a wide variety of professionals in all aspects of the travel industry. Fran partners in Toronto with GLP Worldwide Expedition Travel and Tours under the management of Mr. Patrick Tsung.

Living in Mount Forest with her husband Richard, a retired Ontario Provincial Police sergeant, and with two married sons and five grandchildren living nearby, her life is happy, busy and productive!  She still operates an office in Mount Forest as well as in Toronto. 

Fran's background in the tourism industry has touched all areas of the globe, including travel to Australia and New Zealand (She is an Aussie specialist!), the British Isles, the Czech Republic, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hawaii, Holland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Korea, Madeira, Norway, Portugal, and Spain in addition to all provinces within Canada, many Caribbean destinations and most of the United States.

Fran's specialty is the research and preparation of escorted tours for both pre-formed groups and special interest groups.  Her focus moves equally between leisure and pilgrimage travel.  While the main focus of the leisure groups is river cruising in Europe, she has organized large groups to travel overseas for World Youth Day in Paris, Rome, Toronto, Cologne, Sydney and is proud to again to play a role in World Youth Day as the Cross moves to Madrid, Spain in the summer of 2011.  Groups that have traveled with her range in size from 15 to 2700!

While there are many destinations worldwide offering wonderful sightseeing opportunities, it is the people that are truly the measure of the destination. Fran's enthusiasm and keen interest in meeting and sharing her experiences with others is what keeps her working hard and satisfying the needs of her clients.
