The property is situated in a quaint and quiet area, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and lavender fields. The locals call it “la terrasse”. It is the only house in the village with a large balcony (terrasse) cantilevered over the town wall and overlooking acres of vineyards. 

This property consists of two buildings, the main house and the lower-level studio.  

The entrance to the main house is through a glassed-in verandah looking out over the beautiful garden. The main house has two separate bedrooms, each with one double bed, the upstairs one with ensuite bathroom - shower only. There is also the possibility of one single bed in the den area in the upstairs bedroom. You will enjoy the spacious salon with fireplace and dining area and kitchen with full facilities including dishwasher and washing machine. Also on the main level is another bathroom with shower and the other bedroom with double bed. Satellite televison/VCR. Bedding and towels provided. 

Winding paths and steps take you past colourful flowers, shrubs and trees to a lower level where you find a separate studio apartment which has one double bed and one single bed.  This is a totally self-contained unit with small kitchenette and private three-piece bathroom. 

Under this studio apartment is a spa facility that features hot/cold tub and sauna that can be rented separately, if desired.

Due to the high energy costs, this spa which will consist of hot tub and sauna, will rent for $350.00 per week.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.  

Not available during May or June except by special request.

How to find this property:

Driving from Paris: take A6 south, in Lyon switch to the A7 which goes to Marseille and the Riviera. Exit at Bollene in the direction of Nyons. The D94 will bring you to Vinsobres. 

Alternately, flight to Paris, high-speed train to Avignon. Property is half-hour from Avignon by car. 

Terms & Conditions

Security Deposit: In the amount of $300.00 to be placed on credit card guarantee against damages to property or cost of phone charges. Clients are asked to provide their own calling cards and not charge any long distance to the phone in the residence.  
Deposit: When client books the property, they will place a deposit of $300.00 with Tour Design. This deposit is refundable up to four months prior to arrival.  After that time, this deposit is non-refundable. 
Final Payment: Due 60 days prior to departure.  This final payment is 50% non-refundable if the client cancels between 60 days and date of arrival. 
Payment to Owners: Full payment for rental will be sent to the owners 45 days prior to arrival of guests.
